Muddy Jake`s in Sulphur Springs

Ate lunch at this establishment, service was great and food was even better. Had burgers, sandwiches and fries. Awesome!!

Customer service was phenomenal and it was a very inviting atmosphere. The food was good except the nachos, they were very salty and got me sick after. All the other items me and my folks ordered were pretty good tho.

The fries are soooo good, the food was kinda slow coming out, but i don't think that is normal still, it was worth waiting for!

Always get great service here. The beer is cold and the wings delicious!

Bartender was very pleasant. Atmosphere was nice, location is nice. Drinks are a bit pricey. Will be going again to watch a football game. Maybe they have drink specials like pitchers..I drank a dark beer called Temptress and it was delicious.

Wings were awesome. The place could use a wet soapy towel in a lot of places.

Very Friendly Good Down To Earth People. Servers Are SMOKING!...... let me catch my breath....... there Yeah burger was Great and heep on the home fries.... Oh Yeah just like I like em. They may not have Shock Top or Blue Moon But By Golly They Got EVERYTHING ELSE!!

Pretty solid sports pub. Decent food. Reasonable prices. They have different deals on drinks every day. Wait staff are often pretty attentive. Kid friendly. Karaoke on Friday nights. I forget which night, but they also have trivia. So many televisions broadcasting different sports! Wifi hotspot. Pokestop nearby too.

Everyone who works here is super nice. To be honest the only thing I'll eat here is the boneless wings because they're fabulous and I don't get to go there very often... Try the lemon pepper!

We went there to watch the Texas - OUsucks game. We had the chips and dips basket and some wings. The Cajun spiced wings were awesome! Service was great, beer was cold. If you are in the area this is a great spot to stop and eat at and have an adult beverage or pitcher.

1st time here and I must say that I'm impressed. The Ribeye sandwich was very tender....melted in my mouth like butter. I will return...

Great find in Sulphur Springs! The $7 lunch is a great value, and the (delicious) chicken fried steak is so big it arrives on its own plate. Enjoyed the laid back atmosphere and the rock music, and the service was great. Will definitely be stopping here the next time I'm in town.

Fun place to grab drinks! Not to loud, so you can enjoy music, but still carry on a conversation. Staff is also very friendly.

The music was way to load for such a small place could not talk to anyone at the table I've been to night clubs in Houston that was not this bad definitely will not come back on a night there is music being played

Lemon peppered boneless wings are awesome at Muddy Jake's. It's my go to when I stop in.

We use to come here alot but now it seems like the waiters just dont care about customers anymore. We didnt get checked on but one time. And half of our order was wrong, then My husband couldnt even eat with me because the kitchen was remaking his food. Perfect date was ruined so quickly.. I would only come here for big gatherings so maybe they will HAVE to pay attention to your group rather than just a couple having a date lunch... 😒

A favorite when traveling through the area. Nice independent restaurant, though downtown Sulphur Springs is a bit of the interstate. Worth the detour though for good burgers and a cold adult beverage. Parking can be a little tricky, but there's now a public lot access the street from the restaurant. Certainly not the fastest burger in town, but tastier than most of the options along the interstate.

Great place to stop and charge your tesla. While traveling from Arkansas to Texas to the DFW area you will find it necessary to stop in and muddy Jakes and have a drink while you’re teslas charging. There is live music good food and if you want you could have a cold beer. I stopped in with my son and his friend while traveling to Dallas both directions. I was very happy to find something open that late. Great staff and good food and drinks.

Great wings, but extremely slow during lunch on a weekday. I went with colleagues and Id go only in a group. On my own, this isnt what you'd call fast food. It took nearly 30min to get our wings, but the wait was worth it. Those wings were fantastic!

The service was slow and the waitresses were not very attentive. Also, I ordered some Flea Dip to snack on. This is supposed to be a ranch dip with jalapenos and green chilies blended in. It was just plain Ranch dressing. When we were almost done eating, a waitress finally came over to see if everything was ok, zi showed her the dip and told her that it was just plain Ranch dressing. Her response was that maybe they blended it backwards, then quickly left. Are you kidding me? This was my first visit, and I won't be going back anytime soon!

Terrible service from Brook tonight, witnessed her being rude to other customers so I was done, told her I was unhappy with the food and left. Owner take note, your employee is turning away customers and losing you money. Shame, I was scouting out local dives for a company dinner I'm hosting tomorrow.

We stopped by Muddy Jakes for lunch while visiting Sulphur Springs over Memorial Day weekend. Food and service were great! I ordered the MJ Double Burger and a side of chips & queso to share. The burger was awesome! I would definitely eat here again.

I love this place! Great food, amazing drinks. The staff goes above and beyond to make their customers happy, and you cannot beat their $3 margaritas on Mondays. Not to mention they are constantly holding fundraisers for the cummunity. All in all I wish that I could give this place more than 5 stars!

We were rained out of a music event, and some musicians went to Muddy Jake's to do some impromptu music. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, and the food was great. Staff was quick even with the big crowd. Great place!

I gotta say the service is good but if you’re thinking about trying the fish most definitely rethink your choices! The chicken tacos I feel as if where just thrown in the microwave with no seasoning!! I definitely won’t be coming back anytime!
